Our Vision: A Renewal Experience for Ministry Leaders & Missionaries

Pastoral Burnout is hovering around dangerous zones, as more than 2,500 leave the ministry each month. Burnout, moral fall and addictions are the top causes for leaving. Over 50% of Pastors would leave their jobs if a better offer came on the table.

Your Pastors and Missionaries need this time to spend with God – focused on healing themselves and “filling up their spiritual tank”. They will come back to their ministry with renewed vibrancy and life.

A typical RENEW Experience consists of:

1) Rest: Each one of us ‘rests’ differently. But, we all need it. Spirit Fire Center will offer rest through rejuvenation activities and calm surroundings to sleep and refresh within the Lord.

2) Worship & Prayer: Providing an open area of worship and prayer. Structured activities will also be available. We believe the Lord will pour out His Spirit during these times spent with Him, renewing relationship.

3) Class Study: Various classes will be offered, ranging from specific field related courses, to more fun offerings, such as “Spice it Up!” – a class focused on marriage and coming closer together with God.

4) Journaling: Journaling will be encouraged and a required part of Deep Healing counseling sessions. Long walks with God or full-out yelling matches – it’s up to God and you on how you work in your journaling.

5) Tourist Activities and Fun: Most people enjoy having fun. Pastors and Missionaries are no different, although many people do not think they should! At a RENEW Experience, tourist experiences that are fun and exciting will abound.
